ERITRIP — RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Eritrip, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains when and how returns, replacements, and refunds apply to purchases made through our online store.
This policy is intentionally comprehensive to protect both our customers and our business.
1. GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return or refund, all items must meet the following criteria:

A request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original tags, packaging, and protective materials must be intact.

You must provide a valid order number, receipt, or proof of purchase.
Items returned with odour, stains, wear, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.
2. NON-RETURNABLE & NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or defective on arrival:

Posters or maps that have been removed from their protective tube

Digital downloads
-
Gift cards and digital vouchers
-
Clearance or final-sale items (where stated)

Any item damaged due to customer handling, misuse, or improper care

Items customised or personalised (if added in future)
3. RETURNABLE ITEMS AND CONDITIONS
A. Apparel (T-shirts, Hats, Caps, Baby Clothing — fulfilled by Printful)
Eligible for return only if:

The item arrived misprinted, damaged, incorrectly produced, or not as described.

The item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition if returning for size or exchange reasons (if permitted).
Since our apparel is printed on-demand, we do not accept returns for:

Buyer’s remorse
-
Wrong size ordered (unless it was mislabelled by Printful)
-
Change of mind
B. Eritrip Board Game (Shipped by Creative OneStop)
Eligible for return if:

The game is defective, damaged, or missing components on arrival
-
The packaging arrived severely damaged
We may request photographs of the issue before approving the return.
C. Travel Guides & Books (Creative OneStop)
Returnable only if:

Damaged on arrival
-
Printing defects
-
Incorrect item shipped
Travel guides with signs of use will not be accepted.
D. Posters & Maps (Creative OneStop)
Returnable only if:

Damaged on arrival
-
Printed incorrectly
-
Wrong item received
Posters removed from the tube or bent/damaged by the customer are not eligible.
4. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@eritrip.com

Provide:

Order number
-
Photos of the item AND packaging
-
Description of the issue

Once approved, we will:

Replace the item at no extra cost, or
-
Issue a full refund (depending on stock and your preference)
In most cases, we do not require defective items to be returned.
5. RETURN PROCESS

Once approved:

You will receive return instructions

Products must be shipped back within 7 days of approval

Items returned without approval will not be accepted
Return shipping costs (unless item is defective or incorrect)

Are the customer’s responsibility

Must use a trackable shipping method
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
6. REFUNDS
A. Approved Refunds
Once your return is inspected and approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
Refund timing:

3–7 business days for card payments

5–10 business days for PayPal
-
May vary based on your bank
B. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if:

The item is returned used or damaged

Parts are missing
-
Posters/maps are removed from their tube
C. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be issued if:

The item shows signs of use or wear
-
Damage was caused after delivery
-
Return is made outside the eligible time window

The item is not received back (if required)
7. EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only offered if:

The incorrect size was sent (manufacturer error)

The product arrived defective or misprinted
-
The wrong colour/variant was shipped
For on-demand apparel, exchanges for personal sizing mistakes are not available, as each item is printed specifically for each order.
8. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase due to:

Automatic order processing
-
Instant fulfilment by Printful for apparel
After that point, cancellations are not guaranteed.
9. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International customers may return items, but:

Return shipping costs and customs duties are the customer’s responsibility
-
Eritrip is not responsible for delays caused by customs
-
Refunds for international returns are processed once the item arrives back to us
10. ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If an item is lost or significantly delayed:

We will investigate with the courier
-
We may issue a replacement or refund depending on outcome
-
Investigations can take 5–21 business days depending on the courier
For Printful items, claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery or lost-package estimate.
