ERITRIP — PURCHASE OPTIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy explains how orders, pre-orders, bundle offers, and cancellations are managed when buying products from the Eritrip online store.
By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. GENERAL PURCHASE TERMS
When you place an order with Eritrip:

You enter a legally binding agreement to purchase the selected products.

You must ensure all information provided (address, email, size selections, quantity) is accurate.

Orders are subject to stock availability and supplier fulfilment capability.
If any issues arise, Eritrip reserves the right to cancel or amend the order and will contact you immediately.
2. ORDER CANCELLATION (STANDARD ORDERS)
We aim to process all orders quickly, so cancellation windows are limited.
A. Apparel (T-shirts, Hats, Caps, Baby Clothing — fulfilled by Printful)
These items go into automated on-demand production soon after purchase.
Cancellation rules:

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase.

After 1 hour, cancellation is NOT guaranteed because production may have begun.
If production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
B. Board Game, Posters, Travel Guides — (fulfilled by Creative OneStop)
These items are manually processed by our UK team.
Cancellation rules:

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours unless they have already been packed or shipped.

Once dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
If you wish to cancel after dispatch, you must follow the Returns Policy instead.
3. PRE-ORDERS & ADVANCE PURCHASES
For items available as pre-orders (e.g., new editions, limited runs):
Cancellation Rules:

Pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, cancellations are not allowed, as production planning and allocation have already been finalised.
Refund exceptions:
If Eritrip delays release by more than 30 days, you may request:

A full refund OR
-
Store credit of equal value
We will notify customers of any unforeseen delays.
4. BUNDLES, SETS & SPECIAL OFFERS
For bundles that include multiple items (e.g., Board Game + Travel Guide + T-shirt):
Cancellation Rules:

Bundles follow the cancellation window of the item with the shortest cancellation timeframe.
Example:-
T-shirt (1-hour cancellation)

Board Game (12-hour cancellation)
→ Entire bundle follows the 1-hour cancellation rule.

Partial bundle cancellations are NOT permitted.
You must cancel the full bundle order.
5. LIMITED-EDITION ITEMS
Limited-edition products (e.g., exclusive posters, special box editions, seasonal designs) are produced in small quantities.
Cancellation Rules:

Can be cancelled within 1 hour for apparel.

Within 12 hours for items fulfilled by Creative OneStop.

After these windows, cancellation is not possible.
Limited editions cannot be cancelled once allocated or sent to production.
6. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (If offered in the future)
For any downloadable content (PDFs, guides, digital maps):

Cancellations are NOT permitted after the download link has been issued.

If the link has not yet been delivered, cancellation may be requested within 1 hour.
Digital products are final sale.
7. FAILED PAYMENTS & PAYMENT VERIFICATION
Orders may be automatically cancelled if:

Payment is declined
-
Fraud checks fail
-
Billing details do not match bank records
-
The customer does not complete identity verification (rare cases)
You will be notified if your order is cancelled for these reasons.
8. OUT-OF-STOCK OR ORDER PROCESSING ERRORS
In rare cases where an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock issues:
You will be offered one of the following:

A full refund

A replacement item of equal value
-
Store credit
Eritrip will contact you directly before taking action.
9. CANCELLATION DUE TO INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
If an incorrect delivery address was provided:

You must notify us within 1 hour for Printful apparel

Within 12 hours for Creative OneStop products
If the order has already shipped, Eritrip cannot cancel or refund it.
We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
10. HOW TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION

11. REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED ORDERS
If your cancellation request is approved:

5–10 business days for PayPal

Eritrip is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider
Orders cancelled outside the eligible window will not be refunded.
12. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL ORDERS
Eritrip reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

Fraudulent activity

Out-of-stock items

Payment issues

Printing/production errors

Delivery restrictions
Customers will be informed promptly and fully refunded if applicable.
